Enjoy this midday program that focuses on the process of personal expression through art in a small group setting. Participants will find art naturally therapeutic in this facilitated program.

Art provides great relief for anyone dealing with:

Art can also help to boost:

  • Self-esteem
  • Confidence

The Arts & Crafts Center Director, Michelle Sterkowicz, will be facilitating the program. No prior art experience is needed or required!

First two facilitated sessions free

Following sessions will be based on a studio time fee

Resiliency through Art room can be used on an as available basis once individuals have gone through the facilitated sessions
