The Strong B.A.N.D.S. (Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength) campaign is an annual program meant to promote resiliency for Soldiers, families and the community by providing events, fitness goals and healthy competitions against others. This year the Ederle Fitness Center and a variety of other Family and MWR programs are proud to present themselves to help the community reach their fitness goals, commit to fitness and strengthen resiliency!
