No costume? No problem! Join us at the Library to make that perfect Halloween mask. Youth ages 3-11 years will be able to design a half mask in time for Halloween. Whether it's a kooky cat, spooky spider or cute pumpkin — the choice is yours! If you have a costume, wear it to this event!
