Time: 5:45-6:45 p.m.

Location: Del Din Fitness Center Upstairs

Yoga is a tool for back pain prevention and healing. It can greatly reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of pain. Yoga helps us release physical and mental tension. Join this three class yoga series specifically to learn how to care for your back and to relieve stress. Do you want to feel good in your body? This series is for you!

Aditional Information:

  • Minimum of four people for class to go
  • Maximum of twelve
  • Participants need to fill out sign-up sheets and purchase the class ticket to bring to the first class of the series
  • There is no refund or change in price for missed classes unless class was missed do to an emergency
