Yoga Flow Foundations - Small Group

Learn the foundations of yoga flow in a small group setting.

Join this eight class series to learn the fundamentals of a yoga flow practice. This is a small group setting (max 6 students) in order to give individualized attention. By the end of the series you will feel comfortable attending group yoga flow classes in the community.

Class Time & Dates:

  • 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • September 12-28

This class is appropriate for brand new beginners and those with some experience that would like to review the basics. In this series we will break down the different elements of a yoga flow practice, including:

  • Pranayama (yogic breath)
  • Proper alignment
  • Sun salutations
  • Warrior poses
  • Balance work
  • Back bends
  • Forward folds
  • Twists

It is important to attend every session, as each lesson builds upon the last.

Cost

$70.00 for 8 one-hour sessions.

Sign up at front desk of Ederle Fitness Center. Ticket must be purchased at sign-up and given to the teacher no later than the first day of class.

Please note: refunds/credits will not be given for missed classes.

Registration Information

Sign-up deadline is August 10.

Minimum of 4 students for the series to run with maximum of 6 students total.
