- 14:30-15:00 - Spooktacular Book Reading
- 15:00-17:00 - Scary Stroll*, Trunk-or-Treat**, Games & Prizes, Food & Drinks
- 17:00-17:15 - Best Costume and Best Trunk Contest
* Scary Stroll is a group (not individuals) that will start at Building 204 and end at the Commissary
** Trunk-or-Treat will be on Kessler Road
