Let Outdoor Rec teach you how to make a traditional Italian meal with our local expert! Learn how to go fresh from the market to your plate. We'll head to a local market to purchase our ingredients and then learn more about local specialties. Afterward we'll head to Rettorgole to prepare out delicious meal. Once prepared, you'll be able to enjoy eating what you've made with some accompanying prosecco.

Menu We'll Learn:

  • Girelle di focaccia farcite with vegetables and cheese.
  • Ravioli with eggplant and percorino cheese
  • Caponata Siciliana
  • Dessert tart
