Join Outdoor Recreation as we head up to the Asiago plateau, known as "dei Sette Comuni" (the seven townships). This area was a front during World War I and is home to some amazing landscapes, hikes and more.

What to expect:

See how Asiago Cheese is made and aged in one of the longest standing cheese factories in Asiago. After touring and tasting the cheeses made in this "Malga" you will have an opportunity to buy cheese fresh from the factory. Following our cheesy experience we will eat a typical meal from this region.

On this tour we will start our morning by visiting a cheese factory (also known as a "Malga"), located in one of the longest standing cheese factories in Asiago. We will receive a guided tour showing how authentic Asiago cheese is made. At the end of the tour we will get to taste the cheeses made here. You will also have the opportunity to purchase cheese straight from the factory. Don't be fooled; real Asiago cheese can only be produced in this region. After we are finished with the cheese we will travel to a restaurant where we will enjoy a typical meal from this region.
