Water aerobics are a great way to get in shape! Water resistance makes it easy for people of all fitness levels to get a workout in the pool. Join us for this fun resistance training class!

Class information:

  • Exercises are mostly done while standing in waist-deep or deeper water without swimming
  • Class consists of warm up, learning steps and combining it all together
  • Wear comfortable clothing
