Assisi is best known as the birthplace of St. Francis, one of the more well known and respected religious figures throughout history. However, Assisi is also famous for its historic buildings — the Assisi Cathedral, Rocca Maggiore (castle), Temple of Minerva, etc. — beautiful medieval streets and atmosphere.

On this trip we will travel to Assisi where we will meet with our guide for a tour of this beautiful town. Our tour will end at the Basilica of St. Francis.
