Why not spice up your workout? Try our new combo class - jump on an indoor cycling bike for 30 minutes and then challenge your muscles and stretch out during 30 minutes of Power Vinyasa Yoga.

Registration Information

Ticket must be purchased from the front desk and presented to the instructor at the start of class.
