Darby Tree Lighting, Taste of Tuscany & Mayor Summit!

Kick off the holiday season with three great events taking place at the Darby Community Center (Bldg. 204)!

The Events:

• Tree Lighting Ceremony (15:15-17:55)
• Taste of Tuscany (11:00-17:00)
• Mayor's Summit

Tree Lighting Ceremony - What to Expect:

We'll be conducting a Tree Lighting Christmas Event on December 5 in the vicinity of the Darby Community Center and along Olsen Avenue to celebrate the Christmas holiday, participate in festivities and enjoy outdoor activities in order to strengthen community relationships, collaborate with fellow colleagues and provide families an opportunity to be grateful for the blessings.

Hot chocolate and cookies will be free. BBQ food will also be available for purchase.

Tree Lighting Ceremony - Timeline:

• 15:15-15:45 - Story Time with Santa
• 15:30-17:00 - Crafts, Activities and Games
• 16:00-16:40 - Photos with Santa
• 17:00 - Tree Lighting
• 17:15-17:55 - Photos with Santa

Taste of Tuscany - What to Expect:

We'll be conducting a Taste of Tuscany near the Darby Community Center where vendors will share their local culture with US families to help built community relationships with US & Italian leaders, colleagues and families.

Mayor's Summit - What to Expect:

Mayors from the various cities around the area will come together with leaders in the Darby Military Community.
