USAG Italy and MWR are celebrating Oktoberfest this year and you're invited!
What to Expect:

- All ages are invited!
- Once you've paid the admission fee, you'll get plenty for free:
- Activities for the kids (Saturday)
- Bull rides (adult and youth)
- Competition entry (except the stein hold)
What's Included with a VIP Tent?
- Free entry to the event for eight (8) people
- Private canopy with lighting, a table, and 2 benches
- Waiter service
- Food service delivered to your table
- A VIP food platter with appetizers, main course, and dessert for all 8 people

VIP Tent users, please note:
- Wristbands can be picked up at the Arena prior to the event or at the entry kiosk the day of the event
- VIP Tent bookings are only good for the day booked, not both days of the event
- You will want to remember your reservation name or number
- When you arrive on the day of, check in with the MWR staff at the VIP tent podium to receive your designated spot for the day
- Your VIP tent reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Beer or cocktails
- Drinks or soft drinks
Fest Tent Table Reservations:
There will be a large, covered festival tent for the event with tables inside you can reserve. The table itself will be yours for the night but you will want to ensure you buy your own food and drinks!
Includes:
- Free entry to the event for eight people
- Table and two benches inside of the Fest Tent

Cost
General Admission:
- Pre-Registration:
- One Day Ticket = $5.00 per person (ages 13 and under free)
- Two Day Ticket = $7.00 per person (ages 13 and under free)
- Event Day Admission: $5.00 per person (ages 13 and under free)
- Free Admission if you wear Lederhosen or Drindl
VIP Tents: $350.00 (split between 8 people per VIP tent)
Reserved Table in Fest Tent: $100.00
Food prices vary and will be posted at the event.

Guest Pre-Registration:
- DOD ID card holders (US & Italian) may request up to five (5) non-DoD ID card holders/guests per day of the event.
