Jump in this unique, awesome diving style! We'll begin by teaching you breathing techniques and doing dynamic and static freediving trails. The next step will be going deep with free immersion and constant weight.
What to Expect:
You'll start learning breath techniques and doing dynamic and static freediving trials. The next steps will be
the deep experiences in free immersion and constant weight.
- Freediver license certificates the abilities to:
- Holding your breath in static free-diving at least for 1’ 30’’
- Swimming in horizontal dynamic freediving reaching a minimum of 25 meters underwater and go down from -10meters/32.81 feet to -16 meters/52.49 feet (if you are under 18 years old your maximum depth will be -15 metres/49.21 feet ).
Once you have met the course requirements, you will obtain the Padi Freediver e-card which enables you to dive down to -16m/52.49 feet. This digital certification, which you’ll find in the Padi App, is international and recognized all around the world. Have your Freediving Course with Outdoor Recreation and in the Diving School of Y-40®, the deepest pool in the world!
You'll Learn:
- Freediving equipment and its correct use
- Practice breathing and relaxation techniques
- Feel comfortable underwater
- Equalise water pressure on the ears
- Hold your breath in static apnea

Registration Information
- To do this class, it's mandatory to have a physical for the freediving activity or non-competitive sports with EKG rest.
