Along with core strength, Pilates aims to improve structural alignment of the body to help prevent future injuries.

Pilates puts emphasis on:

  • Spinal & pelvic alignment
  • Breathing
  • Developing a strong core or center
  • Improving coordination and balance

While improving core strength and overall flexibility, Pilates is a class for anyone who wants to try something new, feel healthy and strong!
