Stop in over your lunch break for a packed 30 minute power 1/2 hour workout!

Come in anytime for a 30 minute workout! You'll use:

  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Barbells
  • Bodyweight

We use it all in a power packed 1/2 hour. All skill levels welcome - challenge yourself with a faster pace and heavier weights or we will scale modifications for beginners!

Days:

  • Mondays
  • Wednesdays
  • Fridays

Anytime from: 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

If you've never done a group fitness class before, this one if for you!
