Honor a veteran today by taking the letters of heir name and creating a circuit of exercises to complete for 2-5 rounds. Pace each round equally as fast and as hard.

  • A - 2:00 mobility world greatest stretch
  • B - Bear crawl 25 forward / 25 backward
  • C - 20x loaded calf raises
  • D - 14x gorilla rows
  • E - 14x pushups
  • F - 20x flutter kicks
  • G - 5x 10 second hollow hold
  • H - 4-6x pullups / TRX rows
  • I - 16x inch worms
  • J - 2000m run, bike, row, ski
  • K - 2:00 mobility prying squat / T-spine rotation
  • L - 4x slow tempo bench press, heavy
  • M - 8x front squats
  • N - 10x box step/jump
  • O - 10x toes to bar / B-ups
  • P - 1:30 mobility hip flexer w/ Oh reach
  • Q - 4x 200m row, run ski, bike w/ 1:00 rest
  • R - 10x loaded rear walking lunge
  • S - 300m run, bike, row, ski
  • T - 12x tricep dips
  • U - 6x heavy ground to overhead lifts
  • V - 4x heavy kettlebell deadlift
  • W - 2:00 mobility drill 90/90 hip drill
  • X - Bar hang, accumulate 2:00 total
  • Y - 20x plank to toe touch / shoulder
  • Z - 3KM endurance movement

  • Workout with a veteran
  • Over 12 letters = 2-3 rounds
  • Under 12 letters = 4-5 rounds
  • 3-5 minutes of rest between rounds
  • Breakup reps as needed
  • Only complete J or Z one time
  • One complete 1x mobility drill per round, sub extra exercise
