Enjoy a trip where you'll step into one of the most atmospheric corners above Bassano del Grappa, where nature and tradition blend into a route rich in charm.

What to Expect:

Our hike will lead us toward the Silan waterfalls, a refreshing oasis tucked among lush vegetation, and onward to the evocative Hermitage of San Bovo, a quiet spiritual retreat nestled in the hills. The path unfolds through woodland trails, gentle slopes, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Brenta valley. The sound of cascading water, the cool shade of the forest, and the peaceful presence of the hermitage create a varied and rewarding experience for anyone who enjoys exploring landscapes with both natural beauty and cultural depth.

We’ll walk at a comfortable pace, taking time to enjoy the scenery, capture photos, and appreciate the unique atmosphere of this area. Whether you’re drawn by the waterfalls, the history of San Bovo, or simply the joy of being outdoors, this excursion offers a memorable spring outing.

Chiara Bertacco is a naturalist and a certified Environmental Hiking Guide (Guida Ambientale Escursionistica) based in the province of Vicenza, Italy. She holds a degree in Natural Sciences and a master's degree in the same field with a specialization in nature education. Her work is driven by a passion for sharing the wonders of the natural world, aiming to help people see and understand the environment beyond a superficial glance. This philosophy is represented by her logo, a tree with visible roots, symbolizing her approach to exploring the ecological dynamics, local history, and traditions of a place. She is also a member of AIGAE, the Italian Association of Environmental Hiking Guides.
