Take your workout to a whole new level with vertical fitness! Classes are designed to help strengthen and condition muscles while increasing flexibility in a safe, exciting atmosphere.

Classes focus on:

  • Upper body strength
  • Core
  • Skin conditioning
  • Flexibility

Additional information:

  • Participants are advised to wear shorts
  • All fitness levels welcome

$12.00 per class

$70.00 for a monthly pass (2 classes per week)
