Take your workout to a whole new level with vertical fitness!  Classes are designed over a progressive four-week format to help strengthen and condition muscles while increasing flexibility in a safe, exciting atmosphere.

Classes focus on:

  • Upper body strength
  • Core
  • Skin conditioning
  • Flexibility

Additional information:

  • Participants are advised to wear shorts
  • All skill levels welcomed

Cost

Classes $12.00 or $70.00 per month (2 classes per week)

Ticket must be purchased from the front desk and presented to the instructor at the start of class
