A day of women's health and addressing menopause and postpartum.

Head to the Fitness Center for a day addressing women's health with sessions on Menopause and Postpartum. Sessions will have classes from:

  • Holistic Science Professionals
  • Nutritionist from WIC
  • Pilates Instructor
  • Nurse from ACS
  • A Personal Trainer

Menopause Session Info:

This particular time of change sees women dealing with different types of symptoms. One in common for most women is the uncomfortable feeling of being a stranger in one's own body; a body that doesn't respond as usual. The holistic approach will drive you into yourself for more self-understanding and daily smart routines to feel better again.

Postpartum Session Info:

In a short period of time the body has passed through many chemical changes, physical modifications, and pain. The new challenge is aligning the new mom with the woman.
