Group Fitness

Join a fun and supportive environment with certified instructors leading a range of classes, including:

  • DIY Program (designed by certified personal trainers) - $150 for 8 weeks
  • New Client Package - $250 (assessment and 5 tailored sessions)
  • 1 Individual Session - $45
  • Partner PT (6 sessions) - $180 per person (minimum 2 people)
