Here’s what to know before enrolling:
- First month’s fee is due at the time of enrollment.
- Payment is required before your child can attend class.
- Installment billing is available for added convenience.
- If a class is canceled by CYS or the instructor, a make-up session is typically offered.
- Refunds or transfers may be approved if a class doesn’t meet minimum enrollment.
These simple policies help families plan ahead and keep classes running smoothly for everyone.

USAG-Italy Specific - What to know before enrolling:
- Payment is required before your child can attend class.
- Parent or guardian must remain in the facility for the duration of their child’s class/lesson.
- Refunds will not be issued after the 1st lesson. Exceptions to this policy are on a case-by-case basis; only pertaining to PCS orders, emergency leave orders, or valid medical emergencies.
- If a class is canceled by CYS or the instructor, a make-up class is offered. If the make-up class is unable to be scheduled, a refund will be issued to the household.
