Do you have a child ages 5 to 10 years old? You can learn strategies that will impact your child for a lifetime with the GROW! Program.
Parent will learn:
- Simple ways to show love
- Strategies to encourage positive behaviors
- How to help children eat healthy and be active
- Tips for teaching coping skills to children
- How to discipline calmly
