Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Working on your mind and body during pregnancy and exploring emotional and physical changes.

Join us in either a morning or evening prenatal workshop series (or both!). Take some time to learn about prenatal yoga and to also practice yoga during pregnancy.

Workshops (six classes):

  • Every Tuesday through November 6, 5:30-6:45 p.m.
  • Every Wednesday through November 7, 9-10:15 a.m.

Each class is designed to:

  • Educate participants on yoga
  • Introduce different breathing techniques
  • Cover prenatal yoga poses
  • Practice techniques

Additional Information:

  • No previous yoga experience required
  • Includes six, 75 minute classes
  • Prenatal yoga instruction by a certified (200 hour) yoga teacher
  • Provides insight on yoga poses (including gentle flow yoga on mat and also yoga in a chair)
  • Explores the physical and emotional changes on the body during pregnancy
  • Provides the opportunity to share your prenatal experience with other pregnant women and maybe making a new friend

Cost

$70.00 for six 75 minute classes
