Get signed up or drop in on one of these great yoga classes where we'll use yoga as  a tool for back pain prevention and healing. Through this class you'll learn:

  • How yoga can greatly reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of pain
  • How yoga helps us release physical and mental tension and how we tend to hold tension in our back and hips.
  • How to release this tension.

This is a three class yoga series specifically tailored to learn how to care for your back and hips. Do you want to feel good in your body? This series is for you. If you are only able to attend 1 or 2 classes you can drop-in for a class.
