Oktoberfest - Mark Your Calendars!

USAG Italy and MWR are celebrating Oktoberfest this year and you're invited!

What to Expect:

• A great event!
• Traditional Oktoberfest food and drinks
• Traditional Oktoberfest music
• Competitions and prizes
• A festival tent
• VIP tents with abundant Food platter (drinks not included) and dedicated waiting staff

Please note:

• All ages are invited!
• Once you've paid the admission fee, you'll get plenty for free:
  • Activities for the kids (Saturday)
  • Bull rides (adult and youth)
  • Competition entry (except the stein hold)

What's Usually Included with a VIP Tent?

• Free entry to the event for eight (8) people
• Private canopy with lighting, a table, and 2 benches
• Waiter service
• Food service delivered to your table
• A VIP food platter with appetizers, main course, and dessert for all 8 people

VIP Tent users, please note:

• Wristbands can be picked up at the Arena prior to the event or at the entry kiosk the day of the event
• You will want to remember your reservation name or number
• When you arrive on the day of, check in with the MWR staff at the VIP tent podium to receive your designated spot for the day
• Your VIP tent reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  • Beer or cocktails
  • Drinks or soft drinks
