Join us for this low-impact, highly effective, head-to-toe workout that allows you to both lengthen and tone target muscle groups. Barre is a mixture of ballet moves and postures combined with yoga and Pilates. Classes will focus on isometric strength training such as holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles. This will be combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
Skill levels: Beginner to advanced
