In our immersive cooking class, you'll delve deep into the heart of Italian cuisine, learning the time-honored techniques and secrets passed down through generations. From crafting silky strands of homemade pasta to mastering the luscious layers of tiramisu, each step will be a revelation in flavor and tradition. The location we'll be visiting is Vigonovo. The event will take place in a beautiful Venetian rural house, completely renovated, with a professional kitchen, dining room for large groups, and ultra-modern conference room. The site is surrounded by a large park with parking. Program participants will be assigned to their workstations with all the ingredients and tools necessary to create Italian home-made pasta and tiramisù.

At the end of the preparation, our staff will take care of cooking and serving the food to the participants who will have dinner in company with drinks included (wine, beer, water, etc). At the end of the experience, the three most dedicated and talented participants will be awarded with symbolic prizes such as a ladle, a wooden spoon, and a rolling pin. Dinner will consist of the courses created with the addition of dishes created by our staff.
