Our Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony is the perfect start to the Holiday Season!
Location: In Front of the Arena Bowling Center (Caserma Ederle)
Timeline: (Event is from Noon - 7 p.m.)
- 12:00 - Christmas Market begins
- 15:00 - MC opening remarks and kids area opens
- 15:30 - Photos with Santa begins
- 16:30 - Ceremonial Carabinieri arrive for photos
- 16:30 - Photos with Santa ends
- 16:40 - Best Barracks winners will be announced
- 17:05 - AFE Presents: "Vertical Horizon" live on stage!
- 18:05 - Special guests arrive to light the tree
- 18:30 - Photos with Santa begins again
- 19:00 - Photos with Santa ends
- 19:00 - Event concludes

Registration Information
The more, the merrier! We welcome you to sign-on friends & family who do not normally have base access!
Pre-registration of guests is taking place from November 12 until November 29. All guests must be present on our access roster and will be checked upon entry. Please fill out the Tree Lighting Guest Registration Form and submit it to usarmy.usag-italy.id-europe.mbx.access-control-branch@army.mil.
Once the guest has been cleared, a representative from the Physical Security Office will sent out the passes to the sponsor.
